Bedrooms

Suitable for up to 10 persons with all home comforts, Spring Acre has three bedrooms with double beds and a children's room with two bunk beds. Bed linen and blankets provided.

Room heating is provided at Spring Acre from 6 pm to 6 am, for an additional charge.

The two detached bathrooms at Spring Acre are very spacious and luxurious with hot water. Towels and essential toiletry provided.

Living Room

The living room at Spring Acre is on the 1st floor with a beautiful view of the Pedro mountain range and the tea estate. It is very spacious and delightfully furnished in a cozy lay-out.

The breathtaking view from Spring Acre of the tea estate and Pidurutalagala (Pedro) mountain range can be enjoyed for hours and hours, while you laze around in the bedroom or living room.

Fireplace is available from 6 pm to 10 pm, for an extra charge.

Dining Room

The dining room is on the ground floor and has the same breathtaking view, which is sure to peak your appetite. A comfortable six seat dining table complimented with extra stools can cater to a larger group.

Kitchennette

The self service pantry, adjacent to the dining room, is fully equipped with a four burner gas hob cooker, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator, toaster coffee machine together with cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Entertainment

WiFi, 4K UHD SmartTV, BlueRay DVD Player, SLT PeoTV Cable Channels, Growing Collection of DVD Movie Library.

General

Floor areas in bedrooms and living room are of timber to give you maximum comfort in this cool climate.

We have our own private small garden in multiple levels. The area comprises of several holiday bungalows in a pleasant environment with many common areas as well.

Your holiday at Spring Acre will not be complete without a joyful evening of sing-along to a tasteful selection of karaoke around a BBQ* grill at “Spring Acre” in "Little England”.

Following are included in the bungalow rate:

- Self cooking facility in our well equipped kitchenette
